Refund Policy

1.One-Time Cleaning Services

  • You may cancel or reschedule a one-time service with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 50% service fee.

  • If we arrive and are unable to access the property, the appointment will be marked as missed, and no refund will be issued.

2.Monthly Plans (Subscriptions)

  • Monthly cleaning plans are billed automatically each month on the same day of signup.

  • Plans include a fixed number of cleanings per billing cycle. Unused visits do not roll over to the next month.

  • You may cancel or pause your plan with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

  • If you cancel after your billing date, your service will remain active until the end of the current cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.

3.Commercial & Airbnb Cleaning

  • Business or Airbnb cleaning services must be canceled or rescheduled with 48 hours' notice.

  • Short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If access is not available at the time of service, the appointment may be considered forfeited.

4.Missed Appointments or No-Shows

  • If our team arrives and is unable to enter the property due to no access, no response, or locked doors, the service will be marked as a no-show.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice.

5.Dissatisfaction or Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of your service.

  • We will review the issue and may offer a re-cleaning or partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of JD Neat & Clean LLC.

6.Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Services already completed as scheduled

  • Cancellations made after the grace period

  • Appointments missed due to lack of access or incorrect information
