Quick Summary – Key Policies at a Glance

  • One-Time Services: Must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Monthly Plans: Include a set number of cleanings per month. Missed appointments do not roll over. Plans renew automatically and can be paused or canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Airbnb & Business Clients: Must provide clean linens and access to the property. Additional services and custom quotes may apply.

Services Overview

JD Neat & Clean LLC provides professional cleaning services for homes, offices, and short-term rentals. Services include:

  • Standard residential cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-out/move-in cleaning

  • Office and commercial cleaning

  • Airbnb turnover cleaning

Recurring cleaning is available through our monthly subscription plans.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website or direct contact.

  • One-time services may be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee or forfeiture of service.

  • For monthly plan clients, one reschedule is allowed per billing cycle with 24 hours’ notice.

Monthly Plans

  • Monthly plans include a fixed number of cleanings per billing cycle (e.g., 2 for Basic, 4 for Pro).

  • Unused cleanings do not carry over to the next month.

  • Plans renew automatically each month on the purchase date.

  • You may pause or cancel your plan with at least 7 days’ notice before the next renewal.

  • Pricing is based on typical property size and layout. Larger properties may incur additional charges.

  • Optional add-ons (deep cleaning, appliance cleaning, etc.) are available for an extra fee.

Payment Terms

  • One-time bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Monthly plans are billed automatically via the method provided at signup.

  • Pricing is transparent and listed on our website. Quotes may vary based on property condition, size, or requested extras.

  • Invoices and receipts are available upon request.

Access & Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property.

  • For Airbnb or office services, instructions for entry (e.g., codes, contacts) must be shared in advance.

  • Airbnb hosts must provide clean linens and towels before scheduled service. Laundry service is not included unless requested as an add-on.

  • JD Neat & Clean is not responsible for inaccessible properties or locked-out appointments.

Safety, Liability & Damage

  • JD Neat & Clean is insured and committed to safe service.

  • We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improperly secured valuables, or client negligence.

  • We recommend that clients secure personal valuables and notify us in advance of any delicate or high-value items.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • A space is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous

  • Clients exhibit inappropriate or threatening behavior

  • Payment has not been received for prior services

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and may also be communicated via email to plan subscribers or returning clients.
